Payment and Credit Policy
 

Payment can be made using cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.

Payment is to be made at the time the return is picked up or before it is mailed.

Credit may be established upon credit approval.

All clients with past due balances greater than 45 days from the invoice date or at their credit limit will be required to clear up their entire balance before additional services will be provided.

Retainers are required for some services and are stated as such on the general fee schedule.  It is at our discretion to request a retainer for services even if it is not so stated.

Retainers are required for:

• past due income tax returns,

• income tax audit,

• tax collection issues of all types,

• critical task management training, and

• bookkeeping cleanup.
